Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, I I Learn takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. We do have a back-up strategy in that course backups shall be taken every week. If, for any reason whatsoever, the site ceases to function as desired, the last back-up shall be restored within 5 calendar days from the date we are aware / been notified. If this fails, a fresh course shall be set up, and students informed how to re-register, for free.
